Strong Steady Flow 3
This is a great practice for yogis with some experience who are looking for a challenge. We start by waking up our posterior hips with some bridge pose work, then move into sun salutations followed by a heat- and strength-building standing flow with an arm balance option. We conclude with a mindful cool-down sequence. A condensed creative flow class for those times when you just want to move and feel your body without thinking about things too much.
This class utilizes one yoga block (optional).
