Shoulders-Focused Practice 1

This practice is designed to target your shoulders from all directions to create strength and mobility in this important area of the body. This all-levels yoga/movement practice utilizes 1 yoga block (optional), 1 yoga bolster (optional), and 1 yoga strap (optional).
