Restorative Yoga Practice with Gentle Warm Up

Join Laurel for this quiet and introspective restorative yoga practice with a very gentle floor warm-up to begin.

This class starts with some prop assemblage, then a gentle warm up designed to move the spine, shoulders, and hips, and finally a 15-minute sequence of 3 nourishing restorative yoga poses. Your body and nervous system will love this re-set!

This practice utilizes 2 blocks & 2 blankets (3 blankets would be nice if you happen to have them!)
