This class consists of some very gentle movement followed by a restorative prone twist, restorative wide-legged forward fold, and constructive rest.
The recommended props for this restorative practice are 1-3 blankets or folded towels, 1 chair, and an eye pillow or wash cloth for covering your eyes.
