Pistol Squat Prep Practice

The smart and unique sequence in this class will prepare your body for the strength and mobility required for a pistol squat (a single-leg squat)! A full, unassisted pistol squat is a challenging movement goal of many yogis. This class, if practiced regularly over time, will help us move closer to this goal in a progressively-loaded and fun way.

This class utilizes something low to sit on for a few movements, such as two yoga blocks, a low stool, a stack of books, etc.
