Mirror Flow: Active Pigeon

This practice is called a “Mirror Flow” because it’s a companion practice to another class, “Mirror Flow: Passive Pigeon”. These two classes “mirror” each other in that they look similar from the outside – similar sequencing and a similar flow – but they are different experiences on the inside: one is active and one is passive.

You could choose to take these two classes back-to-back in whichever order would serve you best, or you can of course treat each class as an individual practice on its own. But taking them together offers the opportunity for an insightful exploration of your body and pigeon pose through a variety of complementary incarnations.

No props are required for this active pigeon flow. Enjoy the hip-targeted fun!
