Low Back Care Practice
This class is designed to put us in better touch with the region of our lower back - an area that many people have a tough time sensing & moving well. Through the use of a smart selection of innovative movements that target the low back in a variety of ways (dynamically, statically, and in multiple directions of motion), we expose this area to some novel loads that will build resiliency and confidence in this region of the body.
The pace of this class is on the slow & gentle side, but there are some challenging movements included.
This practice utilizes one yoga strap/resistance band/similar household item and one optional yoga blanket.
