Improve Your Squat (Malasana)
Work to build mobility in all of the component parts of yoga's squat pose (malasana), and then put them all together and see if your squat feels any different! A great all-levels practice to incorporate on a regular basis if one of your goals is to squat with less.No props are required for this practice - although for less flexible hips, you may want to have a yoga strap handy at one point.
