Improve Your Side Lunge
This practice is designed to help us move closer to a controlled, full range side lunge (also called a Cossack Squat or simply a lateral lunge). Options for progressing are naturally built into this practice, so this class can be practiced regularly over time to help us move closer to our goal. Enjoy cultivating strength, control, and mobility to help improve this movement pattern in your body!
This practice utilizes some means of elevating your seat off the floor (i.e. a couple of yoga blocks, a low stool, a box, etc.)
