The stars of this yoga flow are many of our classic single-leg balance poses in yoga, such as eagle pose, pigeon chair, warrior 3, and more! But the way that we transition in and out of these poses and the overall container for how they’re woven together is creative, new, and fun.
This practice will light up your connection to your hips and to your sense of your body in space, while stimulating your brain with a new and unexpected flow!
This class utilizes 1 yoga block (or similar household object).
