Quick Warm-Up Flow 45

The frontal plane is the star of the show in this quick flow!

This flow stays mostly close to the floor – but that doesn’t mean that we don’t work and mobilize here! We start with some cat/cow for the spine and then move into a creative parighasana flow with an emphasis on lateral core work.

No props are required for this quick flow!
