Gomukhasana (Shoulder Opening) Flow

Open your shoulders for gomukhasana in this whole body flow!

This is an active practice that will prepare our shoulders for gomukhasana (a yoga “shoulder opener”) while at the same time increasing our shoulder mobility for moving through our life in general.

We start with a shoulder warm-up and then move into creative standing pose flows that move and target the whole body, but feature a theme of prepping the shoulders for gomukhasana woven throughout.

This class utilizes 1 yoga strap, resistance band, scarf, or other similar item.
