Feel Good Flow 6

A “mellowly active” whole body flow that revolves around a creative standing sequence.

We start with a seated mobility sequence and then move into our novel, meandering standing sequence that includes bird dog taps, hip flexor lifts, “sliding” tree pose, and much more.

No props are required for this practice.
