Full Body Mobility Flow

This mobility flow will move all of your joints through their full ranges while also working on your coordination and balance skills. You also just might find a new connection to your core through this practice!

Although this class is categorized as “Active”, it is realistically more on the “Gentle” side of “Active” – just FYI.

And just note that this is technically a mobility flow and not a yoga class. We therefore don’t end this practice with savasana (but you’re of course are welcome to take savasana yourself afterward!)

No props are required for this full body mobility flow. Enjoy!
