Flow to Pincha or Headstand

A well-designed flow practice leads us right to free time to practice our inversion of choice.

In this class, we move through a targeted flow practice that’s designed to prepare us for a bit of free time to practice our choice of forearm balance (pincha mayurasana) or headstand (sirsasana). There’s no requirement to come into either of these “full” inversions, though – you are welcome to practice any regressions of these inversions as well!

After our inversion free time, we come together again for a brief cool down and then our savasana.

No props are required for this practice!
