Finding Your Foundation for Wheel

This is an intelligent, effective somatics-based practice which will systematically prepare your body and mind for wheel pose! Although wheel pose is a challenging and strong asana, this class moves us toward wheel in a gentle, focused, and easeful manner. And there is no requirement to practice “full” wheel pose during this practice at all (although you are welcome to at the end if you’d like to!).

Somatics-based movement practices are generally gentle practices that draw one’s attention to the internal experience of practicing particular movements.

No props are required for this class!
