Feel Good Flow 7

A “mellowly active” flow class with a loose focus on the core.

This class starts with focused breathwork and then moves into a reclined, rotational core targeted sequence.

After that, we practice a standing flow with creative twisting transitions and potent lateral core strengthening. Shalabhasana and down dog core work are also woven throughout. Your spine will love this creative flow practice!

This class utilizes 1 (optional) yoga block.
