Balance Flow

Join Jenni for a fun & innovative balance-oriented flow! In this practice, we challenge our balance and our sense of our body in space in standing poses, hands & knees positions, and plank variations. And it's all woven together in a creative flow sequence. You'll leave this practice feeling newly-connected to your sense of your body and yourself as a whole!

This practice utilizes 2 yoga blocks (or similar household items).
