Balance Class (Chair Yoga)

In just 16 short minutes, Laura delivers an entire educational workshop on balance, including an introduction to the three balance systems in the body and how they interrelate, teaching tips for working with students on balance issues, and she leads us through an experiential balance practice! How does she fit all of that into such a compact length of time, you ask? It must be her exceptional knowledge and teaching skills!

No props are required for this practice, and even though Laura teaches this class while sitting in a chair, you are welcome to do this practice sitting on the floor if you would prefer. Enjoy connecting with your sense of balance under Laura’s expert guidance!
