Anti-Office Chair Practice

Join Laura for a gentle but potent whole body chair yoga practice designed to complement the position many of us embody for several hours every day: sitting in a chair!

Through a smart and focused sequence which includes lots of spine and shoulder mobilizing, Laura uses her expert movement cueing and imagery to help put you in touch with your body in new ways.

This is an excellent practice to fit in on your lunch break at the office - or at any time you could use a gentle and effective whole body reset!

No props are required for this practice except for a chair (as this is a chair yoga class!)
