20-Minute Flow: Shoulder Pulling Focus

Join Jenni for an excellent 20-minute sequence designed to work on your all-important shoulder pulling strength! Traditional yoga is great at providing us with shoulder *pushing* movements, but it includes hardly any shoulder *pulling* movements! Ideally we want to be strong in our shoulders in all directions, and this smart yoga practice helps us get there.
