Day 29

This movement snack starts with a unique upper body flow with a “baby inversion” emphasis (you’ll see what I mean! ;) ) and then we continue with some shoulder mobility and stability work woven in with a short standing pose sequence. A great way to light up your day with a quick jolt of movement!
