Yoga Class Hook-Up for You!

I’ve got a little bonus treat for you all this week! 🍬 Since we’ve been taking a closer look at side-facing standing poses like warrior 2, triangle pose, and half moon this week, I thought you might enjoy a yoga class that ties in nicely with what we’re exploring here in our course.

✨ Introducing: Half Moon-Themed Flow! ✨

This class focuses on mobilizing our bodies in preparation for half moon pose (ardha chandrasana) and also plays with a few fun variations of half moon. Don’t worry, there’s no pressure to take this class, but if you’re curious about how I weave biomechanical knowledge into an intentional yoga sequence, this could be a fun way to explore that.

For those of you in this course who are also amazing members of my Yoga Class Library, you actually already have access to this class (lucky you!). Consider this a little nudge that you might want to check it out, especially since it connects so well with our course content this week. 😉 I’ll pop a link to this specific class in the class library itself here for my yoga class library members who prefer to practice directly in that platform.

And for everyone else in this course who isn’t a member of the library, this is my hook-up to you! 🎁 You can watch the full class right here, embedded below, as my gift. I hope you find it an enriching complement to what we’ve been learning together!
