A few weeks ago I started adding some strength training into my movement with Strength for Yoga. It’s not something I’ve done much of before because I’ve felt like I don’t know what I’m doing, and worried about hurting myself. My body seems to be becoming more resilient and I feel generally more capable in life on the daily. I’ve also been pleasantly surprised at how fun I’m finding it! The instruction is so clear in this program.
