The SFY program is very easy to follow, and I love the links to the video tutorials. I feel strong in some exercises and almost beginner in others (helloooo pull-ups)! I currently teach 14 yoga classes a week, so I was a little worried I’d tire myself out or get too sore to teach, but I’ve found a happy place with it all. I know SFY is helping me personally, but also to be a better guide to my yoga community (11-95 years olds!)
