I'm two days into the first week of the hip opener program and I think it's my favorite since joining SFY (with crow pose specialization a close second; I am rocking a more sturdy crow in my yoga practice thanks to you both!). I'm finding the warm ups and super sets really different and enjoyable. With my dance background, I was definitely of the mind that to open the hips more I had to stretch (forever). I had no idea this was strength related. I continue to enjoy this program because I keep finding new ways to feel empowered and strong. Thanks so much.
