This quick flow includes one of my favorite shoulder/spine mobility moves (the circular arm sweeps you’ll notice toward the beginning!) interspersed with some no-big-deal visits to boat pose (navasana) – heheh. 😉 I hope this movement snack serves as a refreshing break during your day!
