Yogis Who Pull Flow Class

A fun and thorough flow practice with an emphasis on shoulder pulling work!

This creative and active yoga flow moves and targets the whole body, but we have an emphasis on “shoulder-pulling” work woven throughout. It’s tough to achieve effective shoulder-pulling work in traditional yoga practices, but with a bit of innovation, we can make our shoulder pulling muscles happy on the yoga mat.

This class starts with a seated shoulder and spine warm-up, and then we move into a fun standing flow with targeted shoulder-pulling moves peppered throughout. Your shoulders (and whole body) will thank you for this practice!

This class utilizes 1 resistance band. The band is optional, but recommended!
