Yoga Strength Flow 2

In this strong, challenging practice, we move through 3 rounds of 4 effective strength training moves within the context of a yoga flow. Using weights is an option in this class for those who are interested in adding external load to their practice for more strengthening benefits. (But weights are not required at all, and the practice can definitely be done without them!)

If you are new to any of these 4 strength training moves, please watch the separate short intro videos for each of them to determine how to set up each pose for your specific body, as we don't go into great detail about them in this class for efficiency's sake:

  • down dog push-ups

  • plank pull-throughs

Props utilized in this class include optional weights and an optional yoga strap.
