Vigorous Vinyasa Flow (Without the Vinyasa) 7

A unique flow-style practice with a true emphasis on strength-building!

This is a unique class in the Vigorous Vinyasa Flow family. It is vigorous and strong like the other VVFs, but this particular class falls more on the true strength-building side of the spectrum. This means that we repeat certain movements enough times that we ideally stimulate strength adaptations, so there’s more structure and less of a “wandering flow” aspect to this specific class.

In this class, we start with a short warm-up and then move into a flow which is designed to load the upper body. After that, we move into a flow that targets the lower body. We end with a cool down and savasana.

This class is designed to leave you feeling energized and newly-connected to your body!

This practice utilizes 1 chair and an optional resistance band.
