Thoracic Mobility Slow Flow Practice

Francesca guides us through a slow flow practice that involves the whole body, but is designed to target mid-back strength & range of motion. This focused & relatively mellow practice will put you in touch with your thoracic spine region in a new and integrated way! Francesca's grounded, present & thoughtful teaching style is a huge bonus as well. :)

This practice begins with a restorative pose, moves into a smart slow & methodical flow, and ends with a seated meditation.

This practice utilizes 2 yoga blocks & 2-3 yoga blankets. (The blankets are for the opening restorative pose and can be subbed with household blankets or bath towels.)
