Focus on the Shoulders

Francesca leads us through a mindful, slow, gentle practiced designed to wake up and strengthen the shoulders (with a special focus on the direction of external rotation). This practice is perfect for increasing your proprioception and control in this important area of the body!

This practice utilizes 1-2 yoga blankets (or pillows, cushions, etc.) and 2 light dumbbells (or water bottles, soup cans, or any other small object that is heavy for its size.)
