Strong Steady Flow 2

This is a great practice for yogis with some experience who are looking for a challenge. We utilize some cat/cow variations and sun salutations with vinyasa options to warm up, and then move into a well-rounded creative flow. We end with an optional inversion, followed by some backbends. A condensed flow class with an intention of cultivating heat, strength, and body awareness.
