Shoulders-Focused Practice 2

Hello shoulders! This class will help us feel and move our shoulders better while cultivating strength and control at all ranges to create true mobility gains! Also included are some great shoulder "pulling" movements to help balance out all of the shoulder "pushing" movements of traditional yoga practice.

This all-levels yoga practice makes use of one yoga block (optional).
