Quick Warm-Up Flow 79

A quick flow peppered with creative hip mobility moves!

We start this practice with a novel take on half sun salutations that entail an extra focus on lower body mobility. Then we move into a fun exploration from the back of the mat that involves the low lunge windmill and some light, springy moves.

Enjoy this quick but potent flow!

No props are required for this class.
