Quick Warm-Up Flow 73

Let’s activate our shoulders from all directions!

This quick flow moves our whole body, but we have a distinct focus on movement of the shoulders and scapulas.

This sequence includes shoulder blade push-ups and some very potent YTWLs (such a great scapular movement!) in our standing pose warrior 1.

But before all of that, we start off with a touch of fun core work. :)
