Quick Warm-Up Flow 43
A quick flow with an extra focus on shoulder mobility!
This practice starts with a favorite dynamic shoulder and spine flow in a seated position. Then we move into a standing flow with a shoulder focus and a fun triangle pose variation.
No props are required for this quick practice!
