Quick Warm-Up Flow 42
Fire up your core and “open your heart” (metaphorically speaking) in this fun, quick flow.
We start with some sneaky up dog and plank work and then move into a lunge-y flow with some extra thoracic spine focus.
No props are required for this quick practice!
