Quick Warm-Up Flow 40
This well-rounded flow has a focus on the posterior chain.
This practice starts with a child’s pose/plank/shalabhasana flow and moves into single-leg balances – including hamstring-focused warrior 3 taps!
No props are required for this short practice!
