Hip Abduction Practice
This practice is full of lateral hip love!
We start with a reclined sequence to connect us to our hips (and specifically our lateral hips/hip abductors).
Then we move into a creative standing flow that will move our whole body in a variety of ways, but that has surprising and potent movements targeting the lateral hips woven throughout.
No props are required for this practice!
