Quick Morning Yoga Practice

This is a short whole body flow designed to put us in touch with our body and to get our spine, hips, and shoulders moving and working. While this class is themed around the idea of this being the first thing in the morning, you can of course practice this class at any time throughout the day and your body should be very happy with it. :)

There are no props required for this practice, although a yoga strap, resistance band, or scarf would be helpful (but not necessary!) at one point.
