Quick Morning Yoga Practice 2

A perfect way to connect to your body at the start of your day (or any other time! :) )

This quick practice is designed to move all of the major joints of our body in a mindful way, so that we can start our day with focused movement and awareness!

We start with some seated and floor-based spinal mobility and then we move into a fuller lunge sequence that includes hip and shoulder mobility work as well.

This practices utilizes 1 optional yoga block.
