This creative flow class begins with breathwork and a reclined spinal mobility sequence. We then move into a playful half sun salutation variation that will keep your brain engaged and curious :), before transitioning into an active standing flow designed to explore spinal movement in all directions.

From there, delve into a series of energizing backbends, followed by a mellow wind-down to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
