Mellow Steady Flow
As a complement to Jenni's "Strong Steady Flow" series of classes, this practice gives you the benefit of a meditative flow in which you move with breath from one pose to the next, but with a more mellow sequence that isn't as challenging and doesn't require as much effort/work/sthira as the Strong Steady Flow classes. A very fun class with some creative movements that will challenge your body in a new way!
2 yoga blocks are an optional accompaniment to this practice.
