Mastering Cross-Patterning
Join Trina for an excellent, intelligent, all-levels practice themed around cross-patterning movements! Cross-patterning includes things like opposite arm/opposite leg movements at the same time, rotational movements, and more. They can help improve left/right brain coordination, and can also be very strengthening, as you'll experience if you try Trina's class out. Have fun in this unique and well-designed class that will challenge both your body and your mind!
This all-levels practice utilizes 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga blanket, 2 tennis balls or massage balls, and a resistance band (very optional!) This practice also includes some movements which ideally require a smooth floor for sliding your blanket across. (You an always alternatively use a towel instead of a blanket - and if you have a carpeted floor, you could use a paper plate underneath your foot as well.)
