Make Your Crow Apropros

This practice will prepare you for crow pose in Trina’s innovative Yoga Deconstructed style!

This all-levels practice utilizes 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga blanket, 2 tennis balls or massage balls, and a resistance band (very optional!) This practice also includes some movements which ideally require a smooth floor for sliding your blanket across. (You an always alternatively use a towel instead of a blanket - and if you have a carpeted floor, you could use a paper plate underneath your foot as well.)
