Lower Body Mobility Flow

This is an active flow practice that moves and targets the whole body, but there’s an extra layer of focus on the lower body (specifically the knees and hips) woven in.

Through targeted and careful sequencing, we build up to a unique and fun squat variation that we experiment with toward the end of class.

Your quads, hamstrings, and calves will thank you for this practice!
