Knee Strengthening Practice

This is a fun and effective lower body practice with a special focus on strengthening the knees from all angles. It's structured in a way that allows for increasing load over time as we become stronger, so this class could easily be incorporated into your regular practice routine if you were interested!

This practices utilizes 1 chair, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap or resistance band, a yoga blanket (or other tool for sliding across the floor), and an *optional* weight for added load at a couple of points.
