Keep It Low Mellow Flow 4

This is a perfect class to take when you’d like to feel like you’ve mobilized your whole body, but without exerting much energy or effort.

This is a creative “low to the floor” practice in which we move between several linked-together poses that blend seamlessly into one another, while targeting hip, shoulder, and spine mobility all along the way.

This practice utilizes one optional yoga block.
