This is a tutorial/mini-workshop on chaturanga dandasana (yoga’s push-up). This will be beneficial for your own practice and/or great for inspiration for helping your yoga students if you’re a yoga teacher!
This tutorial covers: alignment “rules” for chaturanga, how to build strength for chaturanga, and how to work around chaturanga / modify chaturanga until you’ve built the strength for a skillful, well-executed chaturanga!
